Terms and Conditions
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%). Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, LBT Collective has the right to cancel the order.

Promotional codes apply to all sales items (unless specified otherwise) and exclude the following ranges:

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
LBT Collective strives to provide you with products that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy due to the size, colour, or the product just isn’t how you expected then please contact us and we will replace the item, provide you with an alternative or provide you with a store credit.
If for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged parcel (we take great care in providing you with a beautifully wrapped package!) please contact us so that we can discuss appropriate action.
If a product you would like is listed as “out of stock” please contact us and we will endeavour to order it for you or for you to be placed on a list to be one of the first to know when the item is back in stock. In the unlikely event that an item displayed becomes unavailable we will contact you within 48 hours to organize an alternative product, place the item on backorder for you or cancel the order.
If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges. Items for refund or exchange will only be accepted if the garment is unworn and unwashed with tags and packaging intact.
To organize an exchange or refund you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. You can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 1300 556 645. Once you have notified us place the item in the mail and include a self addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the original.

LBT Collective uses a combination of Australia Post and other courier services to deliver all our parcels.
Your order will be processed within 3 business days (unless you have purchased a personalised or pre-order product - please see info below). Delivery to all areas in Australia is within 2-7 Business Days. These delivery times are an estimate only as we use a third party supplier for all deliveries and as such LBT Collective cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Personalised and pre-order items (this information is included in the product description) will be shipped within the timeframes specified. Transit times will then apply from the time of shipment.
